It just never happens. What you need perhaps, is to be inspired by following a personal trainer, instead.


Here we present a list of 7 personal trainers that you should follow to meet your fitness goals:


1. Jason Chee

Jason has been part of the industry for over 9 years now. He has trained and helped a lot of people with different backgrounds in attaining their fitness goals, all the way from 60 year olds to people who are looking to compete. He has a very simple and conventional approach to training – there are no short cuts you just need to put hard work in.

2. Andyn Kadir

Coach Andyn is a famous name in the fitness industry. He has more than 10 years of experience and educates others while performing in competitive set ups. He is also a kettle bell lifter and is one of the most sought-after kettle bell coaches of Singapore.

3. Hisham Musa

Along with running his company, Team Fitness Guru, that specialized in corporate fitness programs, nutrition and health consultancy, and group trainings, he also provides consultancy. He is also an adjunct lecturer at the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University, where he facilitates one of the modules of he Sport Science and Management program.

4. Desmond Toh


Desmond was a contestant in the Manhunt Singapore 2017. His passion for fitness did not really kick in until his National Service Days. He has more than 3 years of bodybuilding experience. A freelance personal trainer and Manhunt Singapore 2016 Runner-up, Josh has definitely caught the eyes of his many clients. He operates a mobile fitness service, utilising his client's condo gym or private training area to conduct training that is customised to their needs.
